Industrial designer – Interested in Furniture objects

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Product Design / Furniture designer to conceptualize, design, and develop products and solutions in the domain of custom wood art pieces, furniture components, architectural woodwork, and related interior applications at Whittlework.

You will lead the end-to-end product development process — from understanding customer and market needs to delivering manufacturable designs — while collaborating closely with in-house design, production, and woodworking teams. Your work will focus on creating high-value, bespoke products that combine traditional craftsmanship

This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (workshop + design office). The role reports to the Head of Design/Product Development. Immediate joining preferred

Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator with proven experience in operating CNC wood routers to join our production team at Whittlework. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming basics, operating, and maintaining CNC machines (primarily wood routers) to execute precise cutting, shaping, and special processes as defined by our in-house design and production team.

Your work will directly support the creation of bespoke furniture, woodwork, staircases, railings, handles, and art pieces — blending advanced machining precision with traditional artisanal enhancement techniques in our growing custom furniture and interior solutions domain.

Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation and cold calling to drive business growth in the furniture domain. The ideal candidate will identify and engage potential clients, such as furniture manufacturers, designers, architects, and retailers, to promote Whittlework’s handcrafted texturing services. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and generating qualified leads that convert into partnerships and projects. A background in the furniture industry or design is preferred to better understand client needs and effectively communicate our unique value proposition.

This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or remote with flexibility for in-person meetings as needed). The role reports to the Marketing Manager or Head of Business Development.
